Requirements
- Experience in food processing factory environments
- Knowledge of industrial production machinery and automation
- Proficiency in PLC and HMI troubleshooting
- Experience with VFDs and motors
- Understanding of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO)
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance schedules
Duties
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in processing and packaging lines
- Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers and human-machine interfaces
- Execute routine checks and servicing schedules to minimize downtime
- Adhere to Lockout/Tagout procedures and safety standards
- Commission new electrical panels and wiring upgrades
- Mentor junior technicians and coordinate external contractor tasks
