Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience
- 3+ years managing humanitarian health or nutrition programs
- 2+ years experience in INGOs
- Proficiency in MS Office
Duties
- Coordinate day-to-day delivery of health & nutrition projects
- Provide technical guidance on PHC, CMAM, MIYCN, and IMNCI
- Represent IMC at woreda-level forums and cluster meetings
- Mentor field staff
- Ensure quality facility and community care
- Monitor progress of health and nutrition interventions
- Engage with local stakeholders to facilitate program implementation
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams
- Support staff performance improvement
