Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Marketing or relevant field
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Expertise in market development and distributor management
- Ability to provide technical animal nutrition advisory
- Experience in sales planning and target cascading
Duties
- Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans
- Set and cascade volume and revenue targets for field staff
- Expand geographic coverage and strengthen distributor networks
- Lead and coach Regional Sales Coordinators and Field Officers
- Oversee pricing execution and product positioning
- Provide technical support on feed usage and livestock nutrition
- Coordinate with logistics and finance for order fulfillment
- Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Ensure sales compliance with company credit and payment policies
