Duties
- Lead, coordinate and control the overall operations of the branch
- Monitor and manage administrative, operational, and food and beverage services
- Ensure branch services are provided efficiently and smoothly
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies
- Address customer needs and complaints with satisfactory solutions
- Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and order
- Identify operational problems and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with sector heads and submit regular reports
