Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management
- Minimum of 6 years relevant work experience
- Maximum of 8 years work experience
Duties
- Lead and oversee project implementation and develop work plans
- Direct day-to-day site activities and supervise engineering teams
- Coordinate contractors and ensure work meets technical specifications
- Monitor project expenditures and control labor, material, and equipment costs
- Review subcontractor progress claims and ensure budget utilization
- Enforce workplace health and safety procedures
- Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and standards
- Prepare regular project progress reports and maintain records
- Identify implementation challenges and recommend solutions
