Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in relevant logistics or engineering fields
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Strong logistical planning and multi-tasking skills
- Focus on operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Duties
- Manage vehicle and motorcycle fleet maintenance and insurance compliance
- Oversee deployment, logbook reporting, mileage recording, and fuel consumption
- Review garage payment requests and maintenance orders
- Analyze vehicle usage data to optimize routes and reduce costs
- Support transportation of goods and personnel to various sites
- Enforce vehicle safety checks and traffic regulation compliance
- Maintain communication with drivers and field teams during emergencies
- Supervise drivers and conduct performance evaluations
- Report accidents to insurance and follow up on claims
- Prepare monthly fleet maintenance and fuel usage reports
