The Tender Officer will identify and manage tender opportunities for generators and pumps, ensuring accurate technical and financial submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
Duties
- Identify and monitor tender opportunities for generators and pumps
- Review tender documents and technical specifications
- Prepare technical and financial proposals
- Prepare compliance documents and product datasheets
- Coordinate with suppliers for prices and technical documents
- Maintain tender records and follow-up
- Ensure submissions are accurate and on time
- Perform other tender-related duties as assigned
