Requirements
- Ability to install and configure hardware and software
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues
- Knowledge of system and data security standards
- Ability to manage incidents and service requests
- Experience with network systems and security cameras
- Willingness to handle ERCA declarations for cash registers
Duties
- Provide first point of IT support contact for all staff
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications
- Assist staff face-to-face, via email or telephone to resolve issues
- Troubleshoot technical issues or escalate to suppliers as required
- Log all incidents regarding computers, printers, and copy machines
- Maintain fixed asset logs for IT equipment
- Ensure system and data security is maintained at high standards
- Monitor performance of company systems and escalate issues
- Follow up maintenance schedules for cash register machines
- Manage security cameras and related network backup status
