Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in hardware or production engineering
- Experience diagnosing vehicle electrical systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Familiarity with multimeters and power supplies
Duties
- Take independent technical ownership
- Plan tests and conduct root cause analysis
- Diagnose failures in batteries, motors, and controllers
- Coach or guide junior engineers
- Interpret technical documentation
- Manage multitasking across hardware projects
