The Design Coordinator will manage architectural, structural, and MEP designs and ensure approved documents are available for construction.
Requirements
- BSc in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of design coordination experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM coordination
- Strong multidisciplinary drawing review skills
Duties
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP designs
- Review drawings, technical submissions, and design documents
- Coordinate design schedules, RFIs, and approvals
- Manage BIM requirements and clash detection
- Track design revisions and resolve technical issues
- Ensure approved designs are available for construction
