The Sales Supervisor will lead the sales team to achieve targets and expand the customer base within the construction finishing materials industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business related field
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of construction and finishing materials
Duties
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies for imported materials
- Identify new business opportunities with contractors and developers
- Promote and sell tiles, sanitary ware, and lighting products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and negotiations
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing
- Coordinate with logistics for product availability
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
