Duties
- Maintain and update the company's fixed asset register
- Monitor and control company assets across all resorts
- Conduct periodic physical asset verification and reconciliation
- Ensure proper asset tagging and identification
- Monitor asset transfers, disposals, and write-offs
- Coordinate with Finance and Procurement on asset matters
- Track asset conditions and maintenance requirements
- Prepare periodic asset management and control reports
- Ensure compliance with company asset policies
- Identify and report asset losses or discrepancies
