The Asset Management & Control Officer is responsible for maintaining the fixed asset register and monitoring assets across all resorts and business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
Duties
- Maintain and update the company's fixed asset register
- Monitor and control company assets across resorts
- Conduct periodic physical asset verification and reconciliation
- Ensure proper asset tagging and documentation
- Monitor asset transfers, disposals, and write-offs
- Coordinate with Finance and Procurement teams
- Track asset conditions and maintenance requirements
- Prepare periodic asset management reports
- Ensure compliance with company asset policies
- Identify and report asset losses or misuse
