The Team Leader will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the NUTR-INVEST program, managing multi-stakeholder consortiums and innovative finance mechanisms.
Requirements
- Master’s in Economics, Finance, Agribusiness, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- 5+ years in senior leadership or Team Leader role
- Proven experience with EU-funded programs
- Strong background in blended finance and impact investing
- Fluent in English
Duties
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for NUTR-INVEST
- Lead multi-stakeholder consortium and coordinate with partners
- Oversee innovative finance mechanisms and SME investment facilitation
- Drive climate-resilient and nutrition-sensitive agri-food value chains
- Ensure strict EU donor compliance
- Manage grants and budget control
