Dreamland Construction seeks three experienced Foremen to supervise asphalt paving and structural concrete works at sites in Bonga and Jijiga.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Road Construction Maintenance and Management or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience
- Knowledge of asphalt laying and concrete structural works
- Ability to check dimensions and levels with engineers
Duties
- Prepare surface for paving including cleaning and patching
- Supervise asphalt laying and paver operation
- Control mix temperature and layer thickness
- Supervise concrete mixing, placing, and curing
- Build culverts, headwalls, and retaining walls
- Check dimensions and levels with the surveyor
- Coordinate with the plant and haulage trucks
