The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing fixed and movable assets, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and protecting warehouse inventory from damage or loss.
Requirements
- Ability to track incoming and outgoing assets
- Skill in conducting inventory counts
- Capacity to assign identification numbers to new assets
- Residence near Haile Garment area preferred
Duties
- Monitor incoming and outgoing assets with proper receipts
- Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts
- Assign identification numbers to new property
- Maintain and monitor store storage conditions
- Ensure assets are stored safely and correctly
- Prepare reports on asset movement and damaged goods
- Report inventory shortages or surpluses to management
- Distribute assets to staff based on Store Issue Vouchers (SIV)
