Regional Project Coordinator

Manage and provide technical oversight for the Health Security Activity laboratory capacity building project in the Tigray region.
Requirements
- MSC in microbiology, MPH, or Project management
- 6-10 years relevant skills and experience
- Lab background
Duties
- Lead development and implementation of project work plans
- Ensure alignment with national laboratory and AMR strategies
- Supervise project coordination team and delegate tasks
- Provide technical oversight for AMR laboratory capacity building
- Guide implementation of laboratory quality management systems
- Serve as primary liaison between EPHLA and regional health bureaus
- Facilitate joint planning and review meetings with stakeholders
- Oversee data collection and reporting via LME framework
- Provide mentorship to technical staff and regional coordinators
- Ensure USAID visibility and branding requirements are met
