Requirements

Duties
- Identify training needs related to construction technology
- Prepare training plans, schedules, and lesson plans
- Develop training manuals and instructional materials
- Deliver theoretical and practical training on construction methods
- Provide training on construction materials and tools
- Train employees on building and infrastructure techniques
- Manage concrete works and finishing works training
- Utilize assessment tools to evaluate trainees
