MAG ADDIS TRADING PLC is hiring an experienced professional to manage financial reporting, revenue monitoring, and cost control for its cafe and restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance
- 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
- Experience in cafes, restaurants, hotels, or the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management
- Practical experience in hospitality financial operations
Duties
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and revenue reports
- Monitor and control all revenue-generating activities of the cafe
- Reconcile daily sales reports with cash and POS systems
- Monitor operational expenses and ensure proper cost control
- Prepare and monitor budgets and cash flow statements
- Monitor food and beverage costs and inventory consumption
- Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Monitor payroll and staff-related payments
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements
