Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology
- Minimum of 8 years experience
- Maximum of 10 years experience
Duties
- Supervise site clearing, topsoil stripping, and bulk excavation activities
- Direct heavy equipment operators for excavators, bulldozers, and loaders
- Coordinate dump truck haulage and dumping operations
- Verify cut-and-fill depths and slope angles with surveyors
- Monitor daily earthwork progress and identify operational challenges
- Report delays or site issues to relevant supervisors
- Coordinate trenching and foundation excavation
- Manage backfilling activities
