Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience
Duties
- Prepare and update work programs and resource plans
- Mobilize and manage staff and heavy equipment
- Coordinate foremen, engineers, and surveyors
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Report delays and risks to management
- Control costs, fuel use, and equipment utilization
- Handle correspondence with clients and subcontractors
