Dreamland Construction is seeking three operators for projects in Bonga and Jijiga to handle compaction, excavation, and loading duties.
Requirements
- 10th grade completion or higher
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Maximum 10 years of experience
- Relevant technical skills in road construction machinery
Duties
- Compact subgrade, base courses, and asphalt layers to required density
- Use correct roller type, passes, speed, and pattern as instructed
- Work behind the paver maintaining proper timing and temperature
- Dig ditches, drains, culvert trenches, and foundations
- Load tipper trucks safely and efficiently
- Support bush clearing and shoulder works
- Maintain clearing of drainage systems
