Requirements

Duties
- Identify training needs through competency assessments and performance evaluations
- Develop annual and periodic technical training plans
- Align training plans with the Corporation's strategic objectives
- Prepare training curricula, modules, manuals, and presentations
- Design practical exercises related to construction technology
- Deliver theoretical training on construction methods and materials
- Deliver practical training sessions on construction techniques
